An old-school rhone blend with a contemporary style. Crafted from vineyards dotted throughout South Africa’s coastal region, this wine was created to offer complexity while simultaneously showcasing the red grape champion of South Africa, Shiraz. Hand harvested & made using little intervention in the cellar.
Archer Roose Malbec
Slip away to the “Napa Valley of South America” with our Argentine Malbec — a hallmark of the famed Mendoza region. Our soulful interpretation of this classic red wine is grown in lush vineyards overlooked by the Andes.
Chemistry Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir fruit was cold-soaked for several days before fermenting in stainless steel and aged with 15% new oak influence prior to bottling to capture the fresh fruit characteristics. The result is a wine with a deep, glowing garnet color, and inviting aromatics of dark berries like boysenberry and black raspberry, earth, and baking spice. The wine is bright on the front palate showing initial flavors of cranberry that evolve to tart cherry and earth with structured tannins on mid-palate and finish. This Pinot Noir is the perfect companion while making dinner.
Vrai Caillou Bordeaux Nature
The Vrai Caillou is an old family estate, with an exceptional geographical situation for the sector : it is in one block, on a high point of the Gironde, dominating the valleys. Since its creation, the estate has never stopped growing. Christel and Philippe de Meillac put the environment and innovation at the heart of their 90 ha of vines, to produce Bordeaux and Entre deux Mers appelations.
AVIA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Histoasted oak notes marry well for a great overall impression. This is a wine of depth and rich full bodied flavors. Great with hard cheeses, roasts, steaks and grilled mushrooms.
