To Our Valued Customers:

The coronavirus outbreak has brought changes to our personal and professional lives, and we want you to know of the adjustments we are making for the health of your employees, our employees, and the public.

Craft Maine is adhering to the CDC’s guidelines for social distancing to slow the spread of coronavirus.  We have adopted thorough daily disinfecting practices in our office, communal spaces, warehouse, and delivery vehicles.  Employees who demonstrate cold or flu symptoms are mandated to stay home.

For our sales representatives, we’ve approved and implement distance selling measures for the time being.  What this means is establishing a cooperatively agreed upon sales call that does not take place in-person for those accounts where this can be done in a competent manner, and with customers that agree to the practice.  Additionally, Craft Maine has suspended all in-person sales meetings, supplier work-withs, and promotional events.

As of 3/13/20, our office has been closed to all non-essential employees.  We are taking additional measures to maintain distances between departments, including alternating shift changes between our essential office personnel, warehouse staff, and delivery team.  We fully understand these additional measures can only be successful if we put forth a collaborative effort of social distancing out of respect for public health.

As a result of the coronavirus outbreak, Maine’s BABLO has extended the allowances for seasonal closure good product returns to businesses that have closed as a result of the current pandemic.  For the return of good product for account credit, the following criteria must be met:

  • Product must be in-code.
  • Product must be completely untapped or unopened.
  • Product must have been delivered on or after 3/2/20.
  • No returns for partial cases or barrels.

Things are changing rapidly, and we genuinely thank you for your understanding, patience, and partnership.
